Features
Asset Tracking
In CATS, assets can be created using identifying information (serial number, manufacturer, model number, etc.) and can be tracked as they move between sites. Store SOPs, manuals, and other related documents directly with an asset for other users to reference back to.
CATS also offers comprehensive reporting functionality, allowing you to quickly generate a comprehensive history of an asset, its past maintenance, previous locations, and more. Site and parameter history reports can also be used to show what instruments data was coming from over time.
Work Items
Track preventative maintenance, repairs, audits, one-off tasks and more with CATS Work Item system. Work Items can be assigned to a person and a site with a specific due date or on a recurring schedule for routine maintenance, and can be closed out with a record of who did what. Automate email notifications whenever a work item is assigned, completed, or is overdue.
Electronic Logbook
All asset moves and work item completions are automatically entered into CATS indelible electronic logbook system. Designed to follow current EPA guidelines for electronic logbooks, the electronic logbook system allows users to create entries to track events and log activities. User can also attach documents to logbook entries to use for future reference, like a picture of an analyzer fault or a report with some questionable data.

CATS offers advanced synchronization capabilities so that assets, logbook entries, and work items can be shared between a site and a centralized server. A site technician can create a logbook entry at a site or complete a work item and that will automatically be reflected on the central AirVision server.
