Agilaire’s AV-Trend can turn a Windows PC or an 8872 data logger into a digital strip-chart system that can augment the interface at an ambient monitoring site or laboratory testing. Fully compatible with legacy 8816, 8832, and 8864 data loggers, AV-Trend provides a fully-automated data retrieval and storage system for ambient monitoring.

In addition, AV-Trend provides a central place for data annotation and archival in a system that is fully compatible with our AirVision central data management software. Configuration, data, annotations, site logbook entries, and more can be synchronized between an AV-Trend system and a central AirVision server.

Charting and Data Viewing

A user-friendly Windows interface that combines multi-tasking with the ease of Windows-view one or more charts simultaneously, click to see a table of the chart data instantly, or generate a printout of the table/chart.

  • Hover to read a value – Access precise trend values without leaving the chart.
  • Scroll and zoom – Locate any data from one of the graphed parameters and zoom in on a point of interest.
  • Saved chart profiles – Access commonly-used chart views, one click away.
  • Real-time sensor output monitoring – Watch sensor output continuously while troubleshooting, down to the bytes.

Annotations, Logbooks, and Alarms

AV-Trend offers a fully-searchable, fully-auditable record for every data point as well as an indelible logbook that follows the EPA’s electronic logbook guidance.

  • Leave memos on data points – Type a note and attach it to a reading for future reference.
  • Time-stamped indelible logbook – Keep a log of all operator activities with automate time-stamping for each entry.
  • Automatic alarm flagging – Flag data during power outages, calibrations, exceedances, based on diagnostic signals, and more.

Reporting and Spreadsheets

AV-Trend includes a rich library of standard reports, regulatory reports, and charts so you can gain more insight from your data streams.

  • Graphical or tabular reports – View, print, or save to CSV, XLS, and more formats.
  • Copy data straight into Excel – Select and copy data directly into a third-party spreadsheet application for immediate processing without stopping AV-Trend.
  • Chart exports – Create graphics representing trends into a report or presentation with AV-Trend’s chart library.
