PM 2.5 AQI Changes
EPA has made some changes to AQI reporting levels for PM2.5 AQI. These changes will be available
with these scripts:

*Note that the effective date of the change is 60 days after publication in the Federal Register, so ideally
the change script will be implemented on that date. Because of the particular scheduling, the update
script should be applied manually, and won't be part of the standard release until the first release issued
after the effective date.
